Wnat technology did you learn to use?   - I learned to use a medium close up. In some of my videos/photos in my commerical, I used a medium close up. I didn’t know what a medium close up was until I learned what the word meant.  what did you learn about the proccess of putting a project together?  -That it take time and consideration. It’s a time consumingthing to do because you have to plan, organize, and do the task all in a certian time frame.  What do you think you can do to make the next project better?   - Take my time and do the production blogs on the dates they are due instead of doing them two days later. This way I forget to do it.

I have moved on to editing the end portion of the commercial. So I am basically almost done. There are no jump cuts since this song is a smoothly going song. The song will start at 0:05 since there is a little music at the start. I want the commercial to exactly start when the people sing. For the middle part of my commercial I added simple transitions and coloring.Same with the end part of my commercial. I did the middle part of editing during study hall and I am working on the end part right now at home. Since this commercial is about me, I had not choose a song that actually connects to me. I want everything in this commercial to run smoothly. There will be videos in between the photos instead of the commercial just being videos one half and phones another half. This way it will look better. I didn’t say this before but every time I write I always listen to best part on repeat. I have a whole album on Spotify of the song added multiple times. I’ve decided that I will add the text”Mya’s commercial” to my commercial. This is because I don’t want my commercial to be bland. I want the commercial to make watchers look and it and say “wow this commercial has a cute aesthetic!”. Not as cringy as I said it but something like that. Because this song has a soft feeling to it, I don’t wanna do a whole lot. I might add transitions in between each video and picture. Like basic transitions. Not something that takes like an hour or two to do. I am going to change the way I set up my videos and pictures. I’m not going to do the every two years each picture thing. I am just going to mix childhood photos with photos and videos recently. Besides that I’m not going to do a whole lots in my commercial.  Just some simple transitions, colorings, and features.  Today I started working commercial. I recorded the song from YouTube and shortened it.I then inserted the sound into capcut. The sound won’t be too high or too low, it will be at level where you can hear the music. I also wanted to include photos and videos of me and my friends in the commercial. For the pictures and videos, I am going to size down size down the frames. This way the pictures and videos fit the format.  I started editing the beginning of the commercial. For instance I added a fade it to the intro. I slowly increased the opacity from 0 to 100%. I may or may not put a text in the beginning after the fade in. If I do add the text it would say “Mya’s commercial”. To make the commercial really stand out I wanna add some effects like doodle diary or play pendulum. Doodle diary is like a stop and move effect while play pendulum is when the frame of the picture or video moves. There are a lot of effects to choose from tho.    To edit my commercial I will be using capcut. Capcut is an editing app. This app has useful editing features that lets you edit on any electronic device. About 2 years ago I used to do edits using CapCut but stopped. So I am familiar with the features. I already started picking out pictures and videos that I’m going to use. The pictures/ videos will be me throughout my childhood mixed with my favorite things. For example, I will show me as baby and then show another picture of me when I aged 2 years. My age in the pictures/videos will increase by 2-3 years. I will try to include some features in the commercial. For example, capcut has a good variety of effects and filters. They also have a video trimmer and background remover. These features are for cutting out random parts out of videos and photos. I will start editing and putting together my commercial by Thursday. Since the song/songs are about new 3 minutes long, I will shorten it. So it will less than 1 min. Even tho it may see

The song that I choose for my commercial is Best Part (feat. H.E.R.). I listen to this song every day. It is one of my favorite songs. I chose it because it talks about love and how the two people admire each other. Romance is one of my favorite genres. What about romance do I like? Well, romance gives a better insight of yourself, helps us give a better understanding of people, and it inspires hope in life. This song makes me understand what I value in life and what makes me happy. I don’t really take pictures or videos that much, but I do have some pictures and a video that can fit into my commercial. Each picture/ video that I choose has a story to it. For example,  I took this picture of pink flowers last summer when I was in Jacksonville. They were outside this hotel that I was staying at. About myself My name is Mya and I am in the 10 grade. I am 15 and was born on January 29,2008. My mother is from Belize and my father is from Jamaica. I have one brother who is 2 years older than me and a black and white cat named shadow. Some things about me is that I love animals, traveling, makeup, and clothes. I love to go to shelters and look at the different animals that are there. Sometimes I am scared to touch the animals.
